Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

As wine is a sealed food product, we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered bottles.

In accordance with European consumer withdrawal regulations (14-day right of withdrawal), customers may request a return only if:

  • the product is intact
  • the bottle has not been opened
  • the product is returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products Damaged During Transport

If the package arrives damaged or with broken bottles:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • send us an email including photos of the package and the damage

We will provide either:

  • a replacement bottle, or
  • a voucher for a future purchase.

Quality Issues

Wine is a living and natural product. In rare cases, it may present defects.

If you believe a bottle has a problem:

  • contact us within 7 days of opening the bottle
  • describing the issue encountered

We will evaluate the situation together and may offer:

  • a replacement
  • or a discount code for a future purchase.
