My name is Simone and I have a dream.
A dream born from a concrete idea, from a deep calling to the earth,
towards a more authentic way of life.
Indomiti was born from this.
From a search that began in 2011,
at a time in my life when I felt the need to look for something, even without really knowing what.
I left for Australia and New Zealand without a precise plan, letting instinct guide me more than certainties.
There, working on farms and in stables, I re-established a direct connection with the land, with animals, with real hard work.
It was an important step,
because it began to give shape to something that was still confused within me.
Then came wine.
And I almost immediately understood that this could be my path.
Once back in Italy, I decided to study
Oenology and Viticulture.
After graduating and gaining initial experience in various wineries, I realised that making wine for others was no longer enough for me.
I felt the need to build something of my own, even if starting from scratch.
Without land, without family inheritance, without significant means.
Only with a strong will to begin.
That’s how Indomiti was born.
The first step was to find a vineyard in the Berici Hills,
among old pergolas, difficult slopes, woods, and stone.
Everything started from there:
the recovery of the vineyards, the daily work,
the first bottles, the first real struggles.
For years, Indomiti grew this way,
nomadically, artisanally, essentially:
vineyards to follow, shared cellars, rented spaces, adapting each time to what was available. One step at a time.
Today I feel that Indomiti is entering a new phase.
In 2026, I bought a ruined building with abandoned land in Lapio, in Arcugnano, in the Berici Hills. A heavenly place nestled in the woods, everything to be rebuilt, full of horizons.
For me it's not a finish line.
It's a new genesis.
A place to listen to, regenerate, and inhabit over time.
Wine remains the heart of the project, but now the vision is broader: I would like this place to also become a home, a winery, a place of hospitality, grazed land, a forest, a vegetable garden, biodiversity, and a presence.
To achieve this, I would like to build a real team over time, made up of sensitive, warrior-like people, capable of sharing vision and effort, without fear of living.
That's why today I am looking for hands, skills, and financial resources to put at the service of this agricultural mission.
This is the meaning of my journey with Indomiti:
to cultivate a piece of land,
to restore balance in matter and spirit.
